At Receptra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
